TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 50% of fees are to be made upon registration while the rest are to be made in no less than seven (7) days after registration date & payable to QUEST LEARNING SDN BHD. 
  • For cancellation to be valid, the request should be received in writing within ten (10) days (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays) from the date of registration. 
  • No cancellation is permitted after seven (7) days payment made. However, a substitute is welcome; otherwise a full fee is chargeable. If no written notice is received fourteen (14) days prior to the workshop or if the participants fails to report for the workshop, the full fee is chargeable.
