K.C. is regarded as Asia's Master Trainer of Professionals Trainers. He has trained more professional trainers in Asia covering more than 1,400 professional trainers from 20 different countries over the last 22 years. 

Bringing a wealth of experience to the training industry and his entrepreneurial experience, he has a focus on ensuring that his clients get business results from learning and development activities. 

His passion and niche are in developing and inspiring people to higher performance and productivity.  

He is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of Quest Group with over 38 years of experience in training and businesses in many countries in Asia and other continents including Africa, Europe and U.S. 

In 2000, he started the Certified Professional Trainer Programme with international accreditation from the International Professional Managers Association (IPMA) from United Kingdom. 

His many clients include multinationals such as Paypal, Samsung, DB Schenker, Prudential, Great Eastern, Robinson, Hong Kong Bank, China Eastern Airlines, Pfizer, NOL Shipping, Schneider, Exxon Mobil, Nestle, Fairchild Semiconductors, Allianz, CapitaLand and many others.  

His highest training fee is USD900 per hour and his highest single training contract was USD425,000.

He works closely with the International Professional Managers Association, UK and has been appointed as the Management Board Member for Asia since 2016.

Also, in recognition of his contribution in developing trainers in the region, he was elected the Vice President of the International Union of Professional Trainers.
